How to Get Rid of A Puffy Face; The Miracle of Lymphatic Drainage
Nothing makes me happier than the ability to de puff my face! We all fight the puff in the morning, except a select few (lucky bastards.) I spent years trying facial exercises and other silly things, it wasn’t until i discovered gua sha, and than later the nu face, did I see results.
Its really simple, whether you are using a physical gua sha, or roller, or a nu face. Simply start by rolling up your neck, then middle of jaw out and up, first to the left than to the right. I look to do at least 10 passes, per section. My favorite section are the cheeks, I personally do at least 20 passes here, really making sure to SCULPT those puppies!
The Nu face is pricey, but you get the benefits of lymphatic drainage, along with micro currents that stimulate the face muscles and tone them further. Think of it as a personal trainer for your face, if you google before and afters there are some crazy results on more mature individuals. For me I love how it makes my face more sculpted, and less bloated.
Please make sure to use organic aloe, or organic oil, such as grapeseed, to provide slip for your gua sha. If you are using the Nu face, you have to use aloe (or there primer gel but I dont care for the ingredients.) If you want to tone the face you should be spending at least 5 minutes in the morning, and night to really work your face.
